These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between SC Better Music Distribution SRL (the “Provider”, “we”) and any natural or legal person purchasing the YouTube Audit service (the “Client”, “you”).

2. Definitions
Service – the audit package, report, strategy and 60‑day checklist described on the sales page.
Platform – the website(s) on which the Service is offered, under the domains bettermusic.ro / andreimilitaru.com.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

3. Subject Matter
By placing an order, the Client engages the Provider to perform a detailed audit of the indicated YouTube channel and deliver the report, strategy and checklist.

4. Acceptance of the Terms
Ticking the checkbox “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” and completing payment via Stripe constitute full acceptance of these provisions.

5. Order Process
The Client completes the order form and is redirected to secure payment via Stripe.
After payment confirmation, an onboarding e‑mail is sent within 24 hours.
The final report + checklist are delivered within 5 business days (or 7 days for channels with more than 500 videos).

6. Pricing, Payment & Invoicing
Promotional price: USD 189 (VAT included where applicable).
The fee may revert to USD 399 after the offer limit is reached.
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe; major credit/debit cards and Apple/Google Pay are accepted.
The Provider issues an electronic invoice in accordance with Romanian law.

7. 200 % Guarantee & Refund Policy
If, within 30 days of receiving the report, you believe you did not receive practical value:

you will receive a 100 % refund of the amount paid; and
you keep the full report, strategy and checklist delivered.
Requests must be submitted by e‑mail; refunds are processed via Stripe within 14 days.

8. Intellectual Property
The report, strategies and materials delivered are protected by copyright. You may use the materials internally only; you may not publish, sell or redistribute them without the Provider’s written consent.

9. Confidentiality & Portfolio (Before & After)
Sensitive data (artist name, channel name, raw statistics) will not be made public.
We reserve the right to display anonymised Before & After screenshots, with identifying elements blurred or removed.

10. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
10.1. Controller & Purposes
SC Better Music Distribution SRL acts as data controller under Art. 4 GDPR. We process the following:

10.2. Your Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (where applicable). Requests should be sent by e‑mail; we respond within 30 days.

10.3. Security Measures
Data is stored in:

WhatsApp Business (end‑to‑end encrypted) – for communication;
Stripe servers (PCI‑DSS compliant) – for payments.
Access is restricted to personnel strictly necessary for service delivery.

10.4. International Transfers
Stripe and WhatsApp may store data on servers outside the EU; both companies rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.

10.5. Supervisory Authority
National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) – www.dataprotection.ro.

11. Third‑Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing and WhatsApp for communication. Their use is governed by their own policies; we encourage you to review them.

12. Limitation of Liability
The Provider cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes; success depends on implementation and external factors (algorithms, competition, budget). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU legislation. Disputes shall be resolved amicably; failing that, the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction. EU consumer clients may also use the European Commission’s ODR platform.

14. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to revise the Terms. The updated version will be posted on the site with its effective date. Orders placed remain subject to the version in force at the time of purchase.
